Important update for our valued clients

Firstly, we want to thank you for your continued loyalty and support. Many of you have been with us through the years and we truly appreciate you.
As you’re likely aware, the cost of running a business has risen significantly. From top-quality products and staff wages to utilities and rent, prices are increasing across the board. We have weathered two recessions and a pandemic, always striving to keep our services as affordable as possible without compromising on quality. However, we have now reached a point where, to continue offering the high standard of treatments you expect, a small price increase is necessary. Please know that this decision has not been made lightly and we have done our best to keep the increase minimal.
Additionally, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure appointments:

•⁠ ⁠Beauty Treatments – £20 deposit*
•⁠ ⁠Aesthetic Treatments – £50 deposit
(*Full payment is required for treatments under £20.)
For multiple treatments booked on the same day, a 50% deposit will be required. Your deposit will be deducted from your final bill or can be kept on your account as a rolling deposit. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice and we will transfer your deposit to your new appointment.
