Following the Government update announced on Saturday 31st October, we’d like to give you some further information about how this affects Nouveau and you as our client.
As a result of the new lockdown restrictions:
We are now temporarily closed from 5th November, with a current re-opening date of THURSDAY 3rd DECEMBER!
If you have an existing booking in this lockdown period, then we have already sent you an SMS to inform you of its cancellation.
Thank you to all of you who have made contact with us already, or have already rebooked yourselves online – this is a great help to us.
Thank you also to those of you who had your treatments with us from Monday 2nd to Wednesday 4th November. We’re so glad we were able to see so many of you!
Here’s what you can do in the meantime:
-Download our App (https://nouveaubeautyclinic.com/app-download) and book online for all of December and next year!
-Purchase online gift vouchers for XMAS or beyond (valid 6 months!)
-Stay up to date with us and follow our social media pages
Calls & voicemails (to 01322526453)
Emails (to email@example.com)
Messages (to FB and IG)
Will all be received and checked daily throughout lockdown – we are here for you and any queries you may have.
Online booking will remain available 24/7, though it is a fantastic tool, please be aware that sometimes in times of high demand errors can occur and bookings may need to be changed by us to correct these – we’ll contact you if this is necessary.
If the current plans set out by the Government change at any point, we’ll keep you updated as soon as we can.
