These ladies go the extra mile and a half to look after their clients. They keep you informed of what is happening and if something is not exactly as you like it, they will explore ways to accommodate you. Absolutely first class service, and done with a beautiful smile. Highly recommended.

I have been using Nouveau as my salon for over 10 years, my experience is always good, the staff are exceptionally friendly, the treatments carried out to professional standards and the salon clean and welcoming.I have ongoing issues with shellac/gel manicures on my fingernails - once done they tend to peel up and the product lift from my nail bed. I explained this to Kelsey when I visited recently. I'm not sure what magic she worked but I'm now a fortnight in and my nails look fab, zero lifting which is amazing!I appreciate the way the therapists listen to clients concerns and do everything they can to tailor their treatments - I highly recommend Nouveau.

Me and my partner regularly have massages at Nouveau. The ladies are always welcoming, we never mind who we have when booking as we have had several of the ladies and they have always been excellent. Ladies and lovely and chatty and exactly how you want your beauticians to be!

absolutely brilliant, they have saved my nails after being totally ruined by another local nail place, if anyone has sns it is supposed to be soaked off, not sanded off machnically, so glad I popped in, I definitely recommend it.

A rare gem in the heart of Crayford. They have so many services on offer and the therapists are very knowledgeable in advising what treatments would suit you best. They are totally professional yet really friendly putting you at ease. Just wish I’d discovered them sooner.

I have been coming to Nouveau for over 5 years for manicures and eyebrow shaping and it’s been perfect every single time. I’ve moved away from the area now but I still won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend Carys but all the therapists are excellent. Reception staff are always so welcoming and friendly.

I regularly visit Nouveau for massage treatments and in the past used to get my nails done here. I have always noticed such a friendly and kind service being offered whilst also showing so much professionalism. The staff here are really dedicated to their work and always treat their customers with respect. The service they offer is high quality and the salon is always kept clean. Since covid - Nouveau have done so much to keep the salon clean and safe for their customers. I would honestly recommend this salon and I still use the salon despite moving away!

All I can say is that Natalie truly is an expert in her field, I have had various treatments and services here including Natalie doing my wedding make up which was gorgeous, LVL lashes and most recently my eyebrows microbladed which I LOVE! I've always recieved a warm and friendly welcome from Natalie and her staff and they really do take care and pay attention to the customers individual needs. I cannot reccommend this place highly enough and would never go anywhere else. Thank you Natalie and the team and keep up the outstanding work xx

I absolutely love this salon ! Everyone is So friendly. My first time here was for lip fillers I had Natalie she made me feel so calm from the minute I stepped in her room. I then went back to weeks later and had more. But more recently I had my eyebrows nano bladed and I can say it didn’t hurt one bit the experience was brilliant I’ve got them exactly how I wanted them to be it’s going to change my life not drawing my eyebrows on every day. So professional can’t recommend enough, Thankyou to all the girls. Will definitely be a returning customer.

What can I say but professionalism from start to finish. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean and bright the clinic was. All employees were wearing clean and well kept uniforms. There was no waiting. I was taken to a lovely little bright room with two big windows. Before my microblading Natalie went through the procedure with me explaining every details. She put me at my ease straight away as I have never had microblading done before. To me the procedure was pain free. Natalie is a perfectionist always stopping once in a while to check her work. To watch her was like watching an artist checking her colours and strokes. The end result is amazing. Even my hard to please partner was amazed. I will be definitely going back for other treatments. I recommend this clinic 100%.
