Ive been visiting this salon for several years, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my treatments! The level of professionalism is to an extremely high standard, and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. There is such a variety in treatments that they provide too. I usually have beauty treatments but today I had reflexology with Natalie and it was absolutely brilliant, she really has so much knowledge and passion in what she does. Highly recommend!

I came here for a consultation with Natalie regarding lip filler. This was my first time and wanted a slightly fuller top lip as when I smile my gums show slightly. Natalie explained thoroughly and recommended the best thing to do and made me feel at ease as I was a little nervous. I am very happy with my result and it’s a natural look just what I wanted.

I have just had my second session of laser hair removal. There was a noticeable difference after the first session, so I have been very pleased with the results so far. I was weary of trying it again (I had been to a different clinic a few years ago, and it had not helped!), so originally only went in for a consultation. Natalie was great and very reassuring at explaining the procedure and answering any of my questions, so I was happy to proceed.The staff are all polite and professional. Scarlet especially, is fantastic and always happy to help.

What can I say what a Gem of a salon this is. I was recommended to come here by a friend and I can see why.I needed help sorting my eyebrows out and wow now Natalie has got her hands on them they are perfect and I've had so many compliments about them and i wish id had them done sooner, and i now feel confident . What a wonderful team they have here. They are all so welcoming and lovely. From The owner Natalie, down to Scarlett the front of house, to all the girls in the team. I’ve had the pleasure of having Natalie, Scarlett for my bookings, Cassie, Cary’s and Amelia. All so bubbly and gave great advice. Can tell they are all highly trained and work well as a close team. I’ve had microblaing, pedicure, manicure and hot stone massage. I wish I found them earlier, I was recommended by my hair dresser who uses them. Will not go anywhere else for any of my treatments now as they do such a wide range. Any questions you have Scarlett is amazing and will be able to answer them all and go out her way for you. Natalie made me feel so at ease with my first treatment of microblading as I was very nervous. She put my mind at ease and was very calming and explained everything in detail. It’s so lovely to meet the face behind this amazing business too and see her for treatments and on the salon floor. Honestly can not recommend enough! Thank you everyonePaige x

I was worried about getting my eyebrows tattood, I'm blond and have little amount of eyebrows.Was very happy with results 😊 I have little strokes that look like eyebrow hair and colour is perfect not a dark brown but medium and not that fake look of reddish brown! Prices at this place are extremely competitive.Anything I have done at this salon I always walk out very happy 😊

Outstanding Deep Tissue Massage from Carys - pure bliss!Nouveau is a small, but perfectly formed salon with peaceful and relaxing corners. Carys is professional and provides an exceptionally strong massage, with just the right amount of pressure. Which is surprising and amazing, for one so small and sweet. I would thoroughly recommend Carys and Nouveau and I will be back soon!

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Natalie. I am recovering from breast cancer and she gave up her time to give me a beautiful set of microbladed eyebrows as I have lost mine to chemo and they never grew back, I was very self conscious but feel amazing now. She did these for free as a lovely treat to make me look normal again which is an amazing thing to do. Thank you so much. I also went today for some eyelashes which were done by Ashley who was so friendly and did a great job with the few eyelashes I had left. Everyone here is lovely and so professional and I would recommend it to anyone.

The most relaxing facial I have had - included an amazing shoulder and head massage that pretty much put me to sleep. The therapist was so friendly and professional and talked me through ways to help improve my skin. I can’t wait to go back!

I had a structure gel manicure and a pedicure with Amelia, a couple of weeks ago before going on holiday and my gels have never lasted as long as they did this time! Even after being in the sun for 10 days with oils and cream. My gels are still perfect over 2 weeks later!

I have been coming to Nouveau for a while as the staff and service is excellent. Super clean salon, never have to wait too long when you arrive (some salons you visit are always running late) and everything is super well organised.The massages I had here for back, neck and shoulder and the stress massage have always been great. Completely recommend this place.

Just discovered this thriving salon, offering a vast range of services to a vast array of clients, male/female, young/old. Personal grooming is for everyone!Natalie was recommended to me and didn’t disappoint! She knows her craft, her aesthetic expertise was evident within minutes. The free consultation was brilliant providing the opportunity for my questions and her professional recommendations. She immediately understood my ‘problem’ areas and was able to advise on the best treatment.So my first treatment …… brilliant. I can’t believe the Instant results. Seriously!! I’m well happy.I’ll definitely do this treatment again.I’m now booked for another, different treatment, which was recommended and if the results as as good as my first experience I’ll be a very happy bunny.Think we can safely say I’ll be a returning customer!Can’t recommend Natalie and her salon enough.

I have used this salon for a couple of year's now after being recommended by a friend. I have always received a excellent service. The staff are professional and extremely well trained. On my last visit (it had been some time due to covid) I had Jade as my therapist and it was a reasonably pain free experience. I have no hesitation in recommending this salon for any waxing treatment. I've not used their other service's as yet but they always seem to be busy, so I take that as a good sign.

I LOVE this salon. Have had a few different treatments here and they’ve always been fantastic. Really recommend the full body massage with Casey! She really helped with the knots in my back.Gel manicures are always fab too!! I’ve also used them for waxing and pedicures - all A-star!! Staff are all lovely, friendly and welcoming and the salon is always clean. Book in, you won’t be disappointed. 🥰

I used this salon for the 1st time on Saturday because of a friend's recommendation. My whole experience start to finish was amazing. Jade was very knowledgeable & friendly. She listened to everything I said an eased all my anxieties. The lady on reception (Scarelet I'm sure is her name) was also very friendly, polite & professional. I've recommended this salon to a few friends now. So glad I found this gem of a place.

These ladies go the extra mile and a half to look after their clients. They keep you informed of what is happening and if something is not exactly as you like it, they will explore ways to accommodate you. Absolutely first class service, and done with a beautiful smile. Highly recommended.

I have been using Nouveau as my salon for over 10 years, my experience is always good, the staff are exceptionally friendly, the treatments carried out to professional standards and the salon clean and welcoming.I have ongoing issues with shellac/gel manicures on my fingernails - once done they tend to peel up and the product lift from my nail bed. I explained this to Kelsey when I visited recently. I'm not sure what magic she worked but I'm now a fortnight in and my nails look fab, zero lifting which is amazing!I appreciate the way the therapists listen to clients concerns and do everything they can to tailor their treatments - I highly recommend Nouveau.

I regularly visit Nouveau for massage treatments and in the past used to get my nails done here. I have always noticed such a friendly and kind service being offered whilst also showing so much professionalism. The staff here are really dedicated to their work and always treat their customers with respect. The service they offer is high quality and the salon is always kept clean. Since covid - Nouveau have done so much to keep the salon clean and safe for their customers. I would honestly recommend this salon and I still use the salon despite moving away!
