Booking Information

To ensure a smooth booking experience, please take a moment to review our key policies below.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final bill or can be kept on your account as a rolling deposit for future bookings.

• Beauty treatments – £20 deposit

• Aesthetic treatments – £50 deposit

• Treatments under £25 – full payment required at the time of booking

• Multiple treatments booked on the same day – 50% deposit of the total treatment cost

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment. With sufficient notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new booking.

Cancellations made on the day of your appointment will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.

Payments

We accept cash and card payments. Please note:

• A minimum card spend of £25 applies

• We do not accept American Express

Arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, kindly let us know as soon as possible.
