My first time here today and I must say it was absolutely fantastic lovely young lady did my toenails and it was such a fantastic result I wish I'd booked in to have my finger nails 💅 done as well but the lovely young lady had another client after myself I would highly recommend fantastic service I was asked if I would like a hot or cold drink as soon as i arrived such fantastic customer service I can fully understand why they were so busy today as its a fantastic salon also very good prices and first class workI can highly recommend very friendlyMade you feel very welcome

I’ve been having electrolysis treatments with Natalie at Nouveau beauty clinic since January this year (2025) and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Natalie is warm, professional, and incredibly skilled at what she does. Well what can I say about Nouveau without never getting in again as they will be too busy! Ha ha haThey are all fab! Natalie, who does reflexology for me and does EVERYTHING in there, is AMAZING at everything! Calum, who does the most amazing back & neck massages for me, is AMAZING & knows soooo much as he is training to be an osteopath! Casey, who has done my pedicure, is fabulous..the girls in there are so upbeat, they sing while they work, tell you about their weekend and bring you right up. You will DEFINITELY leave with a smile on your face and feel a million dollars! & it goes without saying, the girls on reception are amazing too, always doing their best for everyone, so polite and helpful! I’m a regular so I know :-) Thank you for your beauty business, I drive 15-30 mins but sooo worth it! xXx

I had a full body massage with Callum on Friday, 9th May. It was fantastic and so relaxing. I suffer with a neck problem. Callum worked on this area and has eased the issue substantially.Definitely recommend if you are thinking of a massage. Thank you so much Callum.

I can’t thank Natalie enough for offering free micro blading for cancer sufferers who have lost their eyebrows. What an amazing thing for her to do.She takes great care to ensure her work is of the highest standard and was so particular that my eyebrows matched , even down to the minutest stroke of micro blading, despite the fact her services were free.She made sure I felt comfortable at all times, despite my sneezing, it must have been very annoying for her!!She has a wealth of knowledge of many other beauty treatments so I thoroughly recommend her if you are thinking about having anything done!Thanks so much again Natalie.

Been coming to Nouveau for a few years now and always have a positive experience with them. Carys and Amelia are both absolutely lovely and amazing at what they do. I see them both regularly for nails, eyebrows and eyelashes.Big shout out to Callum who recently started at the clinic as their “massage king”. I’ve had a couple of massages from him since he started and he is absolutely fantastic, always very informative and can quickly identify the problem areas and sort them out.

Had a lovely facial with Carys today ,had a bad headache when arrived and Carys used pressure points to sooth it away ,also had eyebrow tint Carys and I discussed the shade and pleased with the result as they looked natural.have had shoulder massagers in the past with Carys and they have been excellent.

I got dermal lip filler on Saturday with Natalie and I was feeling quite nervous at the beginning but she made my whole experience very positive. She made me feel calm and talked me through everything that was going to happen and gave me advice on how I should proceed in the future when I asked. I would 100% recommend and feel like I will definitely be a regular customer in the future.

Been here 3 times now to have my nails done by Rachel and each time I’ve felt very welcomed, the staff are so lovely and friendly, makes you feel so relaxed and if you’re having a bad day they can also make you smile/laugh. My nails are always done beautifully and last a whole month without damage. I’ll not be going anywhere else. I’ll also be trying other treatments they have to offer.

I had a BIAB done today! It was incredible, I’m so impressed with it. It was done with Jamie and she was amazing. I felt so comfortable and welcomed. She kept me informed the whole way through, even about the BIAB may burn a little in the lamp- the warning was much appreciated. I've been going here for a little while now for laser hair removal, which i have been doing for decades now in various places. Noveau have been the one to make a massive difference to the most stubborn areas and i don't think anyone can understand how much of a difference something like this can make when you have coarse, dark hair on your face. I am starting other treatments now and have found all the staff so helpful and lovely. Natalie and Jade are experienced and will let you know what you need and what you don't - they aren't trying to sell you stuff - which really makes you realise they actually care. the whole team is so friendly and I can see why they are always so busy! it would take a lot now for me to go anywhere else!!

I’ve been a client for a number of years now and always get professional, caring service from Natalie, in a beautiful, friendly, hygienic setting.About a year ago, Natalie recommended an additional treatment that she thought would interest me. There was never any pressure, but when she mentioned it again this year, I did my research and decided to go ahead with it. Natalie was there for me every step of the way through the treatment and after-care. Ashley's facial advice , manner and a back massage that got rid of all the knots was much appreciated. Been coming here for over a year now for various treatments and all staff are lovely. Jade does all of my beauty treatments now and I highly recommend her to everyone. For nails and pedicure, I recommend Casey. Both girls work extremely hard and always remember who you are and what conversations you’ve had in the past. Natalie (the boss) is lucky to have you both. Treatments can be a little expensive but isn’t everything these days! Thank you so much to the team, keep up the great customer service x

This is a fabulous salon where all ages and backgrounds are treated like family. There is always a happy, friendly vibe which adds to the whole experience. I would highly recommend the electrolysis treatment for permanent hair removal. Natalie is the best in the field to deliver this treatment.

Would highly recommend this place staff are amazing always smiling nothing is to much trouble I booked a treatment and ended up getting more done as after talking to the beautician she gave me the confidence and reassurance I needed to know to go ahead, will be going back for more consultation and treatments as they make you feel comfortable and they are all very knowledgable with the treatments and don’t try and sell you more than you need or want.

Ive been visiting this salon for several years, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my treatments! The level of professionalism is to an extremely high standard, and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. There is such a variety in treatments that they provide too. I usually have beauty treatments but today I had reflexology with Natalie and it was absolutely brilliant, she really has so much knowledge and passion in what she does. Highly recommend!

I came here for a consultation with Natalie regarding lip filler. This was my first time and wanted a slightly fuller top lip as when I smile my gums show slightly. Natalie explained thoroughly and recommended the best thing to do and made me feel at ease as I was a little nervous. I am very happy with my result and it’s a natural look just what I wanted.

I have just had my second session of laser hair removal. There was a noticeable difference after the first session, so I have been very pleased with the results so far. I was weary of trying it again (I had been to a different clinic a few years ago, and it had not helped!), so originally only went in for a consultation. Natalie was great and very reassuring at explaining the procedure and answering any of my questions, so I was happy to proceed.The staff are all polite and professional. Scarlet especially, is fantastic and always happy to help.

What a wonderful team they have here. They are all so welcoming and lovely. From The owner Natalie, down to Scarlett the front of house, to all the girls in the team. I’ve had the pleasure of having Natalie, Scarlett for my bookings, Cassie, Cary’s and Amelia. All so bubbly and gave great advice. Can tell they are all highly trained and work well as a close team. I’ve had microblaing, pedicure, manicure and hot stone massage. I wish I found them earlier, I was recommended by my hair dresser who uses them. Will not go anywhere else for any of my treatments now as they do such a wide range. Any questions you have Scarlett is amazing and will be able to answer them all and go out her way for you. Natalie made me feel so at ease with my first treatment of microblading as I was very nervous. She put my mind at ease and was very calming and explained everything in detail. I was worried about getting my eyebrows tattood, I'm blond and have little amount of eyebrows.Was very happy with results 😊 I have little strokes that look like eyebrow hair and colour is perfect not a dark brown but medium and not that fake look of reddish brown! Outstanding Deep Tissue Massage from Carys - pure bliss!Nouveau is a small, but perfectly formed salon with peaceful and relaxing corners. Carys is professional and provides an exceptionally strong massage, with just the right amount of pressure. Which is surprising and amazing, for one so small and sweet. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Natalie. I am recovering from breast cancer and she gave up her time to give me a beautiful set of microbladed eyebrows as I have lost mine to chemo and they never grew back, I was very self conscious but feel amazing now. She did these for free as a lovely treat to make me look normal again which is an amazing thing to do. Thank you so much. I also went today for some eyelashes which were done by Ashley who was so friendly and did a great job with the few eyelashes I had left. Everyone here is lovely and so professional and I would recommend it to anyone.

I had a structure gel manicure and a pedicure with Amelia, a couple of weeks ago before going on holiday and my gels have never lasted as long as they did this time! Even after being in the sun for 10 days with oils and cream. My gels are still perfect over 2 weeks later!

Personal grooming is for everyone!Natalie was recommended to me and didn’t disappoint! She knows her craft, her aesthetic expertise was evident within minutes. I have used this salon for a couple of year's now after being recommended by a friend. I have always received a excellent service. The staff are professional and extremely well trained. On my last visit (it had been some time due to covid) I had Jade as my therapist and it was a reasonably pain free experience. I have no hesitation in recommending this salon for any waxing treatment. I've not used their other service's as yet but they always seem to be busy, so I take that as a good sign.
